This year I will be teaching two classes at the annual women’s acupuncture retreat at Westerbeke Ranch in Sonoma, Ca: 1. Qi Cultivation with attention to Spring. Morning meditation movement cultivating deep alignment and presence. 2. Spring Plant Walk on the Land. Focus on sense of place, plant identification, story, song, plant uses and how to integrate these medicinal herbs into a clinic environment.
