Join us on an Herb Walk to look for early spring medicinal plants. We will return to the Farm Kitchen to make herbal tonics and vinegars, using herbs such as nettle, dandelion and sorrel leaves. We will make these tinctures to support the immune system by using echinacea, along with herbs for the nervous system such as skullcap, valerian and oat straw. Come explore, create and have fun.
